Our products are made using Jacquard, hand-operated powered mechanical looms by skilled weavers who understand the traditional art of Solapur weaving. In 2005, the Solapur Chaddars were granted the Geographical Indications (GI) status by the Government of India.

Q: Are your Solapur Chaddars made from 100% pure cotton?

A: Yes, our traditional Solapur Chaddars are woven using 100% pure, natural cotton yarn. We also clearly list any poly-cotton blends on specific product pages if applicable.  

Q: What sizes are available for Solapur Chaddars?

A: We offer two standard sizes:

• Single : Approx. 60 x 90 inches (150 cm x 225 cm)  
• Double : Approx. 90 x 100 inches (225 cm x 250 cm)  

Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I wash and maintain my Solapur Chaddar?

A:        First Wash: We recommend dry cleaning or hand-washing separately in cold water with mild detergent.  

1. Machine Wash: You can machine-wash on a gentle cycle using cold water.  
2. Drying: Air-dry in shade to preserve the vibrant yarn colors and structural weave. Avoid direct sunlight and bleach.

Q: How long does delivery take across India?

A: Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days depending on your pin code. Metro cities often receive deliveries within 3 to 6 days, while non-metro locations may take up to 7 days.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

A: Yes, Cash on Delivery is available for most pin codes across India. A nominal COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

Q: How can I track my order status?

A: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS and email containing a tracking link and shipment details.

Returns, Exchange & Refund

Q: What is your return or replacement policy?

A: We accept returns or exchange requests within 4 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

A: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos or an unboxing video via Email or WhatsApp. We will process a free replacement or full refund immediately.
