At SolapurChaddar.com, we make every effort to deliver your order safely, quickly, and reliably. We ship products across India through reputed courier partners, logistics service providers, and India Post, depending on the delivery location and service availability.
Shipping Coverage
We accept and ship orders to most locations across India. For major cities and towns, delivery is generally faster through courier and logistics partners. For interior locations, remote areas, or small villages, orders may be sent through the most suitable available delivery partner, including India Post where required.
Order Dispatch Timeline
Once your order is confirmed, we usually dispatch the product within two working days. Dispatch timelines may vary slightly during holidays, high order volumes, or situations beyond our control. We ensure that every product is packed carefully before it is handed over to the delivery partner.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities and easily serviceable areas may be completed sooner. Delivery to interior areas, remote locations, or small villages may take additional time due to courier connectivity and local delivery schedules.
Delivery Charges
We try to keep delivery charges as reasonable as possible for our customers. The applicable delivery or shipping charge, if any, will be displayed clearly at the time of purchase before you complete your order.
Order Tracking
Once your product is shipped, we will share the tracking details with you by email or through the available communication method. You can use the tracking number to check the shipment status directly with the courier or logistics partner.
Safe Packaging and Delivery
We take care to pack every product properly so that it reaches you in good condition. However, we request customers to check the parcel at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, please do not accept the package.
If the Package Is Damaged or Tampered
If you notice that the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care team immediately with your order reference number. We will make our best efforts to review the issue and arrange a suitable replacement delivery at the earliest, wherever applicable.
GST Invoice
All products will be shipped with the original GST invoice. The invoice will mention the product price inclusive of applicable taxes, as per the order details.
