Return and Replacement Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the product received by the customer is defective, damaged, or broken. Customers must raise the return or replacement request within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.
If the product is found eligible after inspection, we may issue a refund or dispatch a replacement product, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.
Cases Where Return or Replacement Is Not Accepted
Return or replacement will not be accepted for change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, misunderstanding of product details, colour variation due to screen or lighting differences, or if the product is no longer in original condition.

Custom and International Orders
This return and replacement policy is not applicable to custom-made orders or orders shipped outside India. Such orders are processed specially and therefore cannot be returned, replaced, or refunded unless otherwise agreed in writing before purchase.
How to Request a Return or Replacement
To request a return or replacement, please email us at info@aurangabadkarsaraf.com within 5 days of delivery. Your email should include your order number, product details, reason for return or replacement, and clear photos or details showing the defect, damage, or issue.
After reviewing your email, we will share the return mailing address and the date by which the product must be dispatched back to us. Please note that we do not arrange pickup for returned products. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided by us.
Return Shipping and Packaging
The product must be returned in its original packaging and should be packed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please ensure that the package is properly sealed and protected before shipping it back.
Once the product is shipped, please email us the courier or postal tracking number. Without a valid tracking number, the parcel may not be traceable, and we will not be responsible if it is lost in transit.
Inspection and Approval
After we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to confirm the condition and reason for return. Refund or replacement will be processed only after the product is received and approved by our team.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, the refund will be credited to the bank account details shared by you by email. Please ensure that the bank details provided are accurate and complete. We will not be responsible for delays or errors caused by incorrect bank information shared by the customer.

As a general guideline, refunds may take approximately 5 working days for net banking or cash-on-delivery related refunds, 7 working days for debit card payments, and 9 working days for credit card payments after approval.
Replacement Process
If a replacement is approved and the product is available, we will dispatch a replacement item to the customer. If the same product is not available, we may suggest an alternative option or process a refund, depending on the situation.
Important Notes
Return shipping cost is to be borne by the buyer unless otherwise confirmed by us. The original product amount may be refunded after approval, but courier charges, return shipping charges, or any additional charges may not be refundable unless specifically agreed.
